At Zardozi by Sheen (Sheen Fashion Studio), we are committed to providing you with premium hand-crafted ethnic wear. Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refund Policy

We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method or bank account under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Exchange-Only Policy We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defects: If the fabric or embroidery has a visible defect.

Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered does not match the item you ordered.

Damage During Transit: If the package arrives damaged (requires an unboxing video).
3. AI Image & Color Variation Disclaimer

As stated on our product pages, model images are AI-generated for styling purposes.

Actual product colors, fabric textures, and embroidery details may vary slightly from the screen image.

Exchanges will not be accepted based on slight color variations or because the product looks different from the AI model. Please refer to the Raw Product Images before purchasing.
4. Exchange Process & Timeline

Notification: You must notify us of any issues via WhatsApp (+91 7017641651) or Email (care@zardozibysheen.com) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Unboxing Video: To process an exchange for damage or defects, a mandatory clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is required.

Condition: The item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Unstitched suits must not have been cut or altered.

Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement or issue a Store Credit/Coupon Code of the same value if the original item is out of stock.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-stitched or altered outfits.

Items purchased during "Sale," "Clearance," or using special discount codes.

Items where the 48-hour notification window has passed.
6. Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping costs.

For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our Aligarh studio.
